Can be done by using a calculator on our website, however the final price quote will be given by us to customer.

Stage 2, agreement process
After checking on your request, and agreement is met,
50% of Deposit on Maximum bid price (not include shipping fees) is required.
we will represent you to BID your item with OUR company's yahoo account (myjaptrade yahoo japan's accont).
If bid wins, we will proceed with collection of the remaining WINNING BID balance$.
We will send you notification, and proceed with your shipment details.
If bid loses, we will refund you your deposit (RM2 charged for TT transfer).
Stage 3, Shipment to your doorstep
Shipment from Japan to Malaysia will be arranged.
When Item has arrived to Malaysia warehouse, customers are required to cleared the remaining shipping fees (total fees), before we released the stocks to your house.
Our agent will contact you once it arrived in warehouse.
It is either you to collect it from us, or we will send it to you.
Huge items usually will be sent by our company lorry. While small/medium item will be sent by EMS. (depends)
May have Rm10-30 charges, depends on your location (Penang, Johor,Kelantan,Terengannu...as our warehouse is located at KL)
Small and medium items will be FOC.
Any item to Klang valley area are FOC.
Item will be arrived at your doorstep.

I can't understand Japan language, how?
Don't be worry. Kindly use our translator toolbar at home page. If you still don't understand anything else, feel free to contact us.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At this moment, we will only accept cash deposit/transfer through Maybank2u or Cimb Click. We apologize for the inconvenient caused. We will add more payment gateway in the future.
When do I pay for the item?
For bidding item, you're required to pay at least 50% of the bid budget as deposit and pay the rest after item won. For fixed price item, you're required to make full payment before we purchase it.
How long does it take to get my items?
For air freight item, you should be received the item within 2-3 weeks. And for sea freight item, you should be received the item within 4-6 weeks.
What if the seller doesn't ship internationally, can I still bid?
Yes, you can. We're able to help you bid/purchase from any Japan e-commerce platform.
How much is the shipping fees?
Kindly use our "price estimation" features at top menu bar. However, the price you get from there is just an estimation. Please contact our sales person to get an exact amount.
How do I know if I won?
Our sales person will contact you after you won the item.
I lost in the auction, how?
Your deposit will be refunded within 48 working hours.
Can I retract my bid?
Unfortunately NO, Yahoo Japan Auction doesn't allow any retraction of bid. Please be careful when placing an order.
Do you have tax issues?
We are using our own container to ship your item back. Currently we still do not have any tax issues. But Illegal items are prohibited.
